根據專案管理資料識體系 (Project Management the Body of Knowledge, PMBOK)
專案流程會有五階段，分別為：

• Initial Process --------------------------- 啟動

• Planning Process ----------------------- 計劃

• Executing Process ---------------------- 執行

• Monitor and Control Process -------- 監控 

• Closing Process -------------------------- 收尾
